TAT/Business Days

Our current turn around time is 25-35 business days. EXCLUDING WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS. Monday-Friday.  RTS 1-7 business days (Monday-Friday), but strive to get orders out as fast as possible! We are closed on all holidays. Customs will range from 5-35 business days depending on the custom. I respond to emails with in 1-2 business days. Any other questions or concerns for something specific email us at Thesassycsboutique@gmail.com. I do not answer business related PM’s through messenger on Facebook. 

Ordering/Product Care

As you choose sizing, whatever sizing you put in notes is what we go off of. Sizing can differ upon each product. Please be mindful when choosing sizing. We will not offer any refunds or exchanges of anything if the size you picked does not fit. Wash on delicate or hand wash, do not bleach. For longer care, turn garments inside out. Air dry or a low heat setting for drying the clothing. DO NOT DRY IF THERE IS FRINGE. Some fringe fall out is normal. We recommend air drying for fringe products. Items with trim we recommend that you hand wash or put on a delicate cycle. Air dry your items with trim.

 

Returns/Exchanges & Mailing/Packaging:

All sales are final. We do not accept any returns or exchanges. If you receive your product with issues before worn/tried on or washed and tags still attached, please contact us so we can fix the issue within 3 Business days After receiving. We do not accept returns or offer refunds of products after washed or worn/tried on.  


There is absolutely no refunds on customs where I have to order specific items for you. 

Color variations to products may be possible due to the lighting from outdoors/indoors photography lenses and lighting that we get while a photo is taken. Revamp/upcycle clothing may vary as to sizing as well on how a product will look. 

Once your package has left our hands, we are not responsible for anything that happens. This goes for being lost/stolen/damaged. Tracking will be updated once the package has been shipped. We package our products as well as possible so no damage nor harm happens to the products. We are not responsible for any shipping address errors. We go off of what is given to us from you through the website. If there is an error with your address and it returns to us, you will be responsible for paying for postage to resend the package. Please make sure you pay for ROUTE to enable it just in case something happens to your package while it’s being shipped. Route is a protection service so if something happens to your package you are covered.
